There are two ways to reach us, and both go to a real person. Nothing here is a bot or a ticket queue.
Use the same address for everything: questions before you buy, a problem with a video, a refund request, a billing question, or a privacy request. This is the best option when you want a reply, since we can write straight back to you.
The feedback button
If you're signed in, there's a Feedback button pinned to the bottom-right corner of the page. It opens a short message box, and what you write comes straight to us. It's the quickest way to tell us something without leaving what you're doing.
It's hidden on the video pages themselves and while you're creating one, so it doesn't get in the way. If you can't see it, or you'd like a reply, email us instead.
What to include
If you're writing about an order, these help us find it straight away:
- The email address you used to buy
- The purchase date, or your order or receipt number
- A link to the video's page, if the question is about a specific video
