GrowingUpVideo vs
Clipfly

Face morphing aligns facial landmarks (eyes, nose, mouth) between two photos and crossfades pixels — the face melts from one to the next. AI-generated transitions create brand new video frames where the person actually moves, blinks, and ages on screen. One looks like a photo effect, the other looks like footage.

Clipfly has a genuinely useful free tier — 1080p exports with no watermark, which is more than most tools offer for free. Their Pro plan is $39.99/year for 4K and priority support. GrowingUpVideo has no free option — you pay per video, from $4.90. If budget is the deciding factor, Clipfly wins.

GrowingUpVideo supports 2-24 photos per video. Clipfly takes 3-5. If you have a big stack of photos spanning many years, GrowingUpVideo can work with more of them and creates a transition between each consecutive pair.

With Clipfly, yes — you arrange photos chronologically yourself. GrowingUpVideo uses AI to estimate the person's age in each photo, then sorts them automatically. Useful when you're grabbing photos from different albums and aren't sure which came first.

Yes — Clipfly has Android and iOS apps plus a web editor. GrowingUpVideo is web-only. If having a native mobile app matters to you, Clipfly has the edge. GrowingUpVideo works in mobile browsers but doesn't have a dedicated app.

GrowingUpVideo's output tends to look more polished on a big screen — the AI-generated transitions have a cinematic quality that holds up when projected or cast to a TV. Clipfly's face morphs are great for social media but can look more like an "effect" at large sizes.
